Nina Osofsky has had a passion for Ronnybrook ice cream ever
since she met her husband Peter in 2002.

Since the birth of their daughter in May 2009, Nina has been dreaming of a place where friends and family can get together over their favorite Ronnybrook desserts (other than their backyard). A great neighborhood hang-out, for families, kids, hipsters and Ronnybrook addicts alike – right in her hometown.
With Ronnybrook Farm Dairy right down the road and her family connections, she made her dream come true this summer. After 12 years in the international tea industry, ice cream is a completely new territory for her. She’s given in to her obsession for ice cream.
At The Scoop Creamery we combine creamy dairy from happy, healthy, hormone-free Holstein cows with sweet and savory local baked goods. The Scoop Creamery is committed to using the best local ingredients for their baked goods and seasonal toppings the Hudson Valley has to offer. Our shop is a place where classic flavors like Huson Valley Vanilla and Sid’s Chocolate Silk come together with exotic Cinnamon, Blueberry-Pomegranate Sorbet or Strawberry Frozen Yogurt. This Spring we've started to make our own flavors like 'Chocolate Overload', 'Cookies & Cream' and 'Moosetrack'. More will follow...
